Warmest Wishes

Hello friends! Wow has November been a blur! I can't believe it's Thanksgiving this week can you? What's your favorite dish to prepare for your family? I love making my pumpkin cheesecake for mine. I can't wait to get up Thanksgiving morning and bake it fresh!

I had some time this weekend to create for this week's My Favorite Things weekly sketch challenge.

Here's this week's sketch

and here is my card

I got my newest MFT goodies in the mail to ink up for this week's sketch. I love this 6x6 paper pad from Crate Paper. I colored the Birdie Brown Warmest Wishes set to match the patterned paper.

There is still time for you to create for this week's challenge

Thank you for stopping by today!

I love the way the two tones of ink looked for this image. It's so darn cute! I've been obsessively collecting 6x6 paper pads at TJ Maxx and other discount stores. I found this Crate Paper On Trend pad at Home Goods for $2.99.

Christmas Kitsch

Hello friends. The countdown to the holidays is in full swing. How many of you are starting to make your holiday cards? I have started early with some Anna Griffin samples I created using her Christmas Kitsch Cricut Cartridge.

Anna's border die cuts were easy to incorporate with this design.

Anna's Holiday cardstock designs are easy to mix and match with these card designs from the Christmas Kitsch cartridge.

I loved this reindeer and tree combo. So cute!

Here's the same design as above but with a different color scheme.

If you haven't had the chance to try to new Cricut machine I have to say it is by far the best model they have come out with. it's easier than ever to navigate for sizing and cutting. I love creating with the Explore.

World Card Making Day 2014!

Hello friends! It's finally here!

I am ready to craft some cards and enjoy the day! Aside from Lily's soccer game in the afternoon, my day is cleared for nothing but paper, glue, stamps and dies!!!

Here is my first card for #WCMD2014

I decided to create for this week's Moxie Fab World Challenge

I used paper from my Simon Says Stamp September Card Kit and my favorite Mason Jar Mug die set from My Favorite Things. The stamped image is from the Delicious Birthday Stamp Set.

I'm getting ready to start another card. How many do you think I will get done between now (9:00 pm pacific time and midnight Saturday Oct 4?

Leave your guess and I will choose a lucky winner to win 3 itty bitty stamps from Unity Stamp Company and some other card making goodies from my stash! I'll post the photo tomorrow sometime of the prize.

**Edited**

I'm crafting away

Here's one using some paper from my Simon Says Stamp August Card kit and  the My Favorite Things Many Thanks die. Adhesive: Therm-o-web sticky dot mini runner.

Next is one of the challenges over at Butterfly Reflections Inc's blog. I used paper from We R Memory Keepers Harvest collection and dies from My Favorite Things. Adhesive: Therm-o-web sticky dot mini runner.

In honor of October being Breast Cancer Awareness month I created this card using Unity Stamp Company's Hoot for Hope.

On to card # 5...

Have a creative World Card Making Day!
